Meeka was appointed Head of Membership Operations at the BPIF in 2022, starting her career at the BPIF 9 years ago following an editorial internship at an international magazine brand and studying media and culture. Meeka brings her innovative and creative mind-set to a business support led federation looking to create opportunities for sustainable growth and purposeful change.

She dedicates her time to developing and managing projects, engagement mechanisms and support initiatives for BPIF members and the wider industry, providing companies with the tools and networks to sustain and grow. She also develops, implements, and maintains operational processes which allows the BPIF to progress and continue to provide efficient and effective services and support.
